For those who missed one of the best conference of the year here’s a recording of Lt. Col. Rob “Waldo” Waldman at TELive.

Lt. Col. Rob “Waldo” Waldman – The Wingman – is a professional business motivational speaker and author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller Never Fly Solo. He teaches organizations and individuals how to build trusting, revenue producing relationships with their employees, partners, and customers while sharing his experiences as a combat decorated fighter pilot and businessman.

Waldo overcame massive claustrophobia and a fear of heights to become a highly decorated combat fighter pilot with over 65 missions in Iraq and Serbia. He believes that the key to building a culture of trust lies with your wingmen – the men and women in your life who help you to overcome obstacles, adapt to change, and achieve success. In business and life, you should never fly solo! The solution to winning when the heat is on lies in the ability of every wingman in your organization, regardless of their role, to support the team and be 100% committed to the mission.

Thanks to Randy Ritter, Sam and Deb Burgess for making this happen. I truly loved the content Waldo was giving as well how down to earth he was. It was what we call Awesome Sauce! Also want to thank Bill Gorcsi for recording this webinar.

  1. Hi Justin,

Great post as always! It was an Honor and a Privilege to have Lt. Col. Rob “Waldo” Waldman speak at my Avenues To Success conference.

Many thanks to those of you that attended and I know this conference will continue to grow to greater heights with my commitment and mission to bring quality content and quality speakers each and every Tuesday.

Thanks to Bill Gorcsi for the recording! :)

  2. I’ve had panic attacks before (not many but enough to know they’re scary as hell)

Knowing that Colonel Waldman had to deal with those inside a plane cockpit possibly even in hostile environments… man I’m just speechless.

“…your passion is greater than your fears.”

I think that pretty much sums it up!

Thanks Justin, Colonel Waldman and everyone else at TELive who made this possible!

  3. Thanks for posting this link here Justin.
I watched the conference live in Randy’s Avenues For Success show and once again from your recording here.

I found myself taking notes the second time round of things I missed from the first viewing.

Well done to all who played a part in making this event happen and for the Wingman for giving freely of his time to come and talk to us.
